To book online via BRS please read the below Terms & Condition and then click the link at the bottom of the page.
Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Payment will be taken at the point of booking confirmation.
You are required to report to the Green Fees Office on arrival to check in for your round.
Making up Numbers
During busy periods we reserve the right to combine single and 2-ball bookings into 3 and 4 fourball groups. We may be unable to provide advance notice of this and no refunds will be available if you choose not to play with the other golfers assigned to your tee time.
Clubs
All golfers must have their own set of clubs to play with – sharing of clubs is not permitted under any circumstances. Hire clubs are available at a cost of €25 per round and must be reserved in advance. To book clubs then please contact us on 021 429 2543 or email on info@mahongolfcourse.ie. If golfers are seen sharing clubs on the course then you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice must be given prior to cancellation – failure to do so may mean we are unable to provide a refund. In the event of a cancellation please call us on 021 429 2543 or email on info@mahongolfcourse.ie.
If you fail to cancel your booking and do not show up at your allocated tee time then no refund will be offered.
Lateness
You should aim to arrive at the course 15 minutes before your allocated tee time. If you think you may arrive late, and not make your time then you should call us on 021 429 2543 at the earliest opportunity.
During busy times you may be informed that your time cannot be moved – and your booking may be cancelled without refund.
Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Dress Code
Mahon Golf Course is a place where Everybody is Welcome – however we request that all golfers aspire to meet the standard GUI dress code. Suitable footwear must be worn (for example no flip flops or open-toe sandles are permitted) and t-shirts must be worn at all times. If the course staff deem that you do not meet the minimum required standard then we may ask that you change into more suitable attire before entering the course.
